Ironically, the ORIGINAL (1611, 1st edition) publication of the KJV DOES contain the Deuterocanonical books (Judith, Sirach, Maccabees, etc.) in a section labeled "Apocrypha".

Thus ironically, the ultimate protestant bible, the 1611 version of KJV, is more suitable to use as a "Catholic bible" than say, NIV (which contains only the 66 books from the protestant canon and was translated entirely by a team of evangelical protestants).

A New King James Version WITH "Apocrypha" included would be my ideal version for bible study, but I don't think such a publication exists.

They're selling a "King James Bible - 1611 Edition" on Amazon that purports to be a modern 21st century re-publication of the exact original 1611 text. How much the book lives up to this claim, I don't know.

Actually they do still print the KJV with apocrypha, but you have to hunt for them. Some of the prices are outrageous!
