In a lawsuit filed on Thursday, former Georgia Sen. David Perdue contends that Fulton County “circumvented the majority vote of the people and thereby affected the outcome of the Election on 11/3.”
“In the State of Georgia, clearly unlawful counterfeit absentee ballots were counted,” Perdue said. There are “thousands of images of ballots being scanned and tabulated two and three times”
The lawsuit seeks to inspect absentee ballots in Fulton County.

Then why is he filing a civil suit and not a criminal complaint?
Don't know, but it seems that the criminal complaints didn't get any traction. They need an advocate in an appropriate office, and the scum Raffensperger is about a dirty as it gets.

The approach of this suit is curious, in that he names as Defendants various individuals on the Fulton County Elections Board, but not the county itself. I would think you would sue the county for failure to run the election per the law. Perhaps this is more of a strategy to get to review the absentee ballots, then use the results to push further. I bet the documents he seeks have gone missing.
Agreed. Getting the fraud out in the open for all to see is the hard work. Multiply the charges to others complicit in the fraud when that is revealed.

Anything to shed light on what Kemp, Duncan, Raffensberger, Carr, Ralston, Miller and the rest of the RINO/GOPe/Chamber of Commerce/Ansely Golf Club/Reynolds Plantation/St Simon’s Island/Frat Boy Republican legislature allowed to happen. It’d be nice to see every single one of them replaced with folks that have a spine.

Considering Perdue’s ego in wanting to be governor basically gave his senate seat to Jerkoff I’m not sure I can wholeheartedly support him.

ACTUALLY - "Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled that the plaintiffs lacked standing to sue, bringing the case to a close and keeping Fulton County’s 147,000 original absentee ballots under seal."
AMAZINGLY, they didn't look for any fraud, so they didn't find any...
Also note that the scum joodge Amero dragged this out for almost nine months in order to defuse the "situation".
First hearing was in January 2021.
It took "Brain" nine months to figure out that Garland Favorito "had no standing". And to make sure the check cashed...
