At least one patient has died in the United Kingdom after contracting the Omicron variant of the coronavirus, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Monday.
"Sadly at least one patient has now been confirmed to have died with Omicron," Johnson told reporters.
“So I think the idea that this is somehow a milder version of the virus - I think that's something we need to set on one side - and just recognise the sheer pace at which it accelerates through the population."…

Emphasis is mine. Died with something is very different than died of something. {insert all kinds of silly examples of dying with vs of things}
But of course, here we go with the "I told you so" fear mongering. "We cannot let this demonstrably mild variant run through the populace! Why, one whole person has died with it over in the UK! We must lock down, mask up, stand on our left foot and close down the economy! Why, if only more of our people weren't so selfish and got vaxxed..."

Wow, that’s a good link. Looks like the UK government is desperately afraid of the spread of natural immunity and the imminent arrival of herd immunity and low-level endemic status. And, sadly, a good number of Brits seem to have fallen for the FEAR-PORN.

We should be demanding names, data, and methods being used to determine the BS we’re given. How anyone thinks it is ok for the government to decide, at their discretion, what rights we can now have and justify it with using the words “science” or “experts” is beyond me.
We warned in the beginning that the “cure must not be worse than the disease”. We’ve since devolved into shear madness with no end in sight. No debate on the ‘science’. No treatments allowed. No scrutiny of the data.
Just submit and do as you’re told. If you have to ask your government “when do I get my freedom back?” then realize you already have a very big problem as well as the answer.

Translation: Patient died of Remdesiver Protocol.
I would not doubt that the patient probably died from the side effects of Remdesiver as opposed to really dying from Omicron. I wonder if Johnson is going to lock down the whole country because of this? I wouldn’t doubt that either.

Dying WITH omicron is different than dying FROM omicron.
The headline is deliberately misleading. This is why I loathe the mainstream media.
How come one death means we have to "set aside" all the emerging data about Omicron, we have to "set aside" everything that South Africa doctors have observed?
But with thousands of deaths within days of taking the vaccine, we're told that's normal, it's older people compromising the data, it's unknown comorbidities, and so on.

Without seeing the dead patient’s medical records and death certificate, who the heck knows.
