A U.S. Navy commander was relieved of his duties as executive officer of a warship for “failing to abide by lawful order,” officials said.
The Naval service on Friday relieved Cmdr. Lucian Kins, the executive officer of USS Winston S. Churchill, said the Naval Surface Force Atlantic in a brief statement.
“On December 10, 2021, Commander, Naval Surface Squadron 14, Capt. Ken Anderson, relieved Cmdr. Lucian Kins as executive officer of USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) due to loss of confidence in Kins’ ability to perform his duties,” Lt. Cmdr. Jason Fischer said.
A Navy official (USNI) that Kins was relieved of his duties for refusing to get a (COVID-19) vaccine and refusing to be tested for the disease. The Epoch Times has contacted the U.S Navy for comment.

We are losing some of the best people.
Our dear leaders are more worried about this than the communist threats posed by Russia and China. And they are not worried by the hoards invading our southern border. Great, just great. We have morons in charge.

Probably better to take the hit disobeying an unlawful order than digging your grave.
Commander Kins serves as a warning to 18 year old kids to think long and hard about accepting enrollment in one of the service academies. He worked his ass off for at least ten years (maybe 20 or more) to get to command a ship and what does he get for his trouble/dedication. Well, some marxist’s come to power led my a senile old man and they fire the Commander for refusing to let them jeopardize his life and his family with some chemicals they call a vaccine.
And, in the face of thousands dying from the vaccine and thousands of health professionals litigating against the vaccine and some governments outlawing some of the vaccines our government and the media and Google blow it off with “it’s just mis information”.
Once people roll up their sleeve, out of selfish fear and stupidity, they’ll make any excuse at all to defend their decision. No matter how many people are harmed.
Their sheepish obedience enabled this dystopian nightmare and this is their fault and they must be shouted down.
