David DeLuca of Sicklerville, New Jersey will never know if the Ivermectin prescribed by an out-of-state doctor for his wife would have saved her life. Colleen DeLuca, 62, died of COVID-19 on Oct. 10, at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital in Sewell, New Jersey, before he could get a court order to administer the drug.
Ivermectin has helped in some cases, but across the United States, many hospitals don’t include it in their COVID protocol for treatment and refuse to use it, even as a last effort on a dying patient.
Buffalo, New York attorney Ralph Lorigo has spent the last 11 months handling cases where the family wants to try Ivermectin and must get a court order to force hospitals to allow the drug to be administered. DeLuca had Lorigo draw up papers for court, but because Lorigo doesn’t practice in New Jersey, he instructed DeLuca to find a New Jersey attorney to file the papers and handle the case. However, DeLuca couldn’t find an attorney willing to take on the case.
“They kept telling me the magistrates of New Jersey will never let this go through. Now I’ve got to go through the next 25 years without her,” grief stricken David DeLuca, 62, told The Epoch Times. “My 3-year-old granddaughter kisses her photo at night.”

Nope, come to Wisconsin. They will not give you anything but remdesivir, then oxygen then a ventilator. If you take their survey and are the right age and right weight and such, you might get some other therapies. But first you get sent home until you are sicker but not too sick.
They are honest. They will tell you this up front. If you want any treatment that is not “approved” you will be denied.
Remdesivir = RunDeathIsNear
My 14 days were up Wednesday. My DIL, son, husband and I (In that order) all had Da Covid. We used Ivermectin but in small doses, just the horse paste at the rate for our weight, we never took our pills. I do have a fairly mild reaction to it, it increases my pulse to the high 120s but just for a short time. We all did very well. For everyone but me it was like a bad flu while my main symptom was a complete loss of taste and smell and a cough.
From day one we treated it like it was going to be worse case scenario. I think mucus control was the most important. We used Guaefenisin and a nebulizer with saline solution. We did the vitamins too. Everyone else but me took a Zpac after 3 to 5 days and at around the 14th day I felt my husband needed more. The one thing I did differently was to clean my nose twice a day with Iodine swabs and I did that every time I was around anyone before I got sick. Do NOT lay around in bed! Rest, yes, but even if you feel weak get up, breath deep, walk around. We didn’t fight my husband’s fever but let it do its work because it wasn’t sky high, I never even got a temperature.
We have used Ivermectin since last December. We used it whenever we were exposed to a lot of people like at a party. We kept our hands clean and only wore masks when we had to. We never quarantined and ended up getting it from our DIL.
Many people are doing well with the monoclonal antibodies but get them quickly.
In all seriousness, I’m not at Liberty to say. But if I didn’t have that source I just be getting the horse paced. I don’t worry about it in the least.
Yep, if the hospital refuses, check out.
........
And do not sign any papers. None!
I can’t tell if your address list included gas_dr, but if it didn’t it should have.
Your explanation would have probably taken me six paragraphs. So thanks for the simplified version of why administratively run hospitals may not be the ideal and who might be the targets of public ire. Especially if things medical do not see improvement from present conditions and soon.
Hospital guilty of premeditated manslaughter.
The CDC Control and the federal government is adamant that pregnant women get a COVID-19 injection. But data doesn’t support its safety and health practitioners around the world are sounding the alarm.
Where is the damn like button?
It would cut down on comments, but maybe that’s a good thing.
Yea, they changed a couple of molecules around and patented it as a “New” drug, and, Cha- Ching to the bank they go.
Doctors will prescribe that one. Just not the cheap, patent free one. Fauci has spoken, let it be written, let it be done.
Absolutely true. I would also say your post applies as well to PCPs. No one is overlooked.
NMDs can prescribe IVM, HCQ, IV vitamin cocktails, ATB therapies, but they are government money free. It is expensive treatment out of pocket, but your life is worth paying out of pocket for early covid treatment if in a high risk category.
Get it early.
A patient was all set to donate an organ but was cancelled at the last moment because he wasn’t vaxxed. Now the recipient will die.
Your oath means nothing since this whole thing started. Doctors allowing patients to die because they refuse to give them life-saving treatment.
If you’re not worried about it, then why do you use the people version and not the horse version?
DannyTN had a good reply to my statement, too.
It was actually wife’s brother in law’s daughter who suffered the side effects. It was her step father who passed away.
One day these sold out doctors will stand before the LORD with blood on their hands
MURDER by ‘medical protocol’.
Why didn’t he go to the local farm store and buy some like we did?
Since there seems to be a drop dead date on using Ivermectin for it to have a chance at being effective, this story is really something of a false flag if they are looking for hospital administration yet the patient is knocking on death’s door?
Took me at least five minutes to decipher MND. The question remains, do pharmacies support MND’s?
