weird nothing you can do but duck. saw Doyle Bramhall and Marcia Ball in a tornado it was a trip they played another hour till the lightning and rain broke, then we ran like hell!!

Good thing your hubby is an early riser otherwise you’d find yourself on the yellow brick road. I’d wake up at the first thunderclap or high gust of wind. And if I didn’t, Peaches would probably wake me.

Wish the darn tornadoes would go to bed now. I’d love to watch something else before heading to the pillows for realz. LOL!

We could hear the ruckus from inside the cooler but I still wanted to see. That tornado freaked me out more than the others I’ve been through BECAUSE I couldn’t see what was going on. Scared me even more than the one that caught me outside. LOL

We could find ourselves on the Yellow Brick Road whether awake or asleep. LOL Maybe I should park my Red Shoes by the bed, just in case.

Hubby’s a light sleeper like you are. I sleep the vampire sleep. Nothing awakes me up except HARD shaking.

Well, we had a momentary power outage due to the winds yesterday but other than that everything was OK here. There were several fires around the area. One area around Highway 7 between Lawton and Duncan had to be evacuated for a time due to one of the fires.There were also some road closures due to the fires

But yes, we did have fun at the lake yesterday and here are the pics.

I’m glad a short power outage is all you had to deal with yesterday. You were lucky all the “yeeha” blew up east of you. Been a rough night for a lot of folks.
