Lard on bread with sugar sprinkled on it was the after school snack from my grandmother. Home baked bread however. It was fantastic and I’m in my 60s now with no cholesterol issues.
Pipe the vaccine into drinking water like fluoride. Have us shower in it. Put it in beer.
I’ve never used lard for anything other than frying or as shortening, but I can see how it might work.

I had vaccinated patient home sick with Covid yesterday tell me ‘it’s because I didn’t get my booster yet’. PS have also spoken with patients sick at home with Covid who HAVE got their booster
