Babies are babies from conception forward.

That is genetic fact.

“Preborn” refers to the period between conception and birth and literally and obviously refers to “the period before birth”.

Thus, babies between conception and birth are preborn babies.

Why do you want it to be legal to murder preborn babies?

Why do you want your personal belief that it is OK to murder preborn babies to be law?

The proposal would include paying for travel, lodging and procedures for people from other states who want to have an abortion.

Huh. So if I want a paid vacation to CA, I just have to claim a free abortion? And in CA, men can get them too, so I don't even have to argue with them!
