I think I see the problem.........................
Most Russian made military equipment has held up fairly well but it does have its flaws and history of spectacular failures. The Chinese ought not to take any pleasure in this accident. They have constructed a huge inventory of jets, drones and ships made with pirated plans, copied electronics and ordnance. Their pilots, soldiers, sailors as well as the equipment have not been tested in combat situations. If history is any guide, they will have to endure a painful learning experience.
