“6-3 Republican appointed majority” So what? That bunch are Uniparty last line protectors, ready to sell out the Constitution at the drop of hat. Maybe Roberts could allow his FISA enforcers to bring pressure on any weak sister justice considering bucking the Uniparty monolith.

Life is good. The Dem/lib/progressive dream agenda is going nowhere. Dreams such as
<><>nationalizing the administration of elections to favor Democratic candidates,
<><> packing the Supreme Court
<><> and eliminating the Senate filibuster.

Now, that frustration is mounting. The court has a 6-3 Republican-appointed majority that might overturn Roe v. Wade. How, some Democrats ask, could that have been allowed to happen?

6 conservative justices is nonsense. Tjere are three reliable conservatives, Alito and Thomas and Gorsuch. Two wishy washy “conservatives” Kavanaugh and Barrett, and one compromised “conservative” Roberts.

Barrett will vote to uphold Roe v. Wade to prove her Catholicism is not biasing her decision. Kavanaugh will vote to uphold Roe v. Wade to prove to feminists that he really isn’t all that rapey.

Roe v. Wade will stand. 5 to 4 in favor

Yep. As an example of Republican thought and strategy, if you chose 6 Republicans from FR, and asked them to decide a legal issue, you'd probably have 6 different opinions, unlike the Ds who would be united.
