According to an article in Reason website: “South Dakota ranks in the bottom five states nationally in percent structurally deficient bridges. More than 17% of the state's bridges are structurally deficient.” The state ranks 29th in rural arterial pavement quality. Governor Noem should spend the Federal funds on its roads rather than pay raises for state employees.
