But he claims that “poor” folks shouldn’t have to put up bail.
The man is so brain dead and inexperienced that he just doesn’t get or believe that the human debris he let’s out of jail just goes out and harms more poor people. “Harm” in this context means the scum he lets out murder others (Daniel Brooks is an example) and rape and rob and steal.
How does that help anybody? Including Chesa himself.
