If we did not have so many ignorant and crooked lawmakers causing either directly or indirectly a lot of the crimes as well as mayhem on the streets, people would be less likely feel the need for being armed.

I was watching the Hammerson Peters youtube channel about canada and the video was about the American Expeditionary Society driving from MN to Headless Valley. and the narrator Frank Graves kept mentioning “our guns” in 1965. I thought, you can freely bring guns to Canada back in the 60’s lol.
