They knocked. The door was unlocked. There was discussion of something before anyone attacked them. The two parties seem to have been familiar with each other. Very odd.

It seems to me that most home invasions fall into one of three categories.
From most common to least common:
1. The invaders are looking for a known drug or a money stash.
2. The invaders are looking for revenge.
3. The invaders just checked a random door, and found it open.
Could this one be a type 2 invasion?
