This isn't about Massie and Pelosi, or even the constitutionality of her stupid mask mandate. It's about exposing the Democrats as useless frauds in the 2022 campaign season to erode their support on the only issue (COVID response) where they still poll better than the GOP.
She’s both, like all tyrants are.
The Courts have no say as to how the House and Senate organize or make their rules and SCOTUS has ruled on this more than once.
The Constitution is quite clear on this. No elected Representative may be hindered in any way from taking his or her seat. Not may the be molested while they’re on the floor of the House or Senate.

I think the next step on their ladder of escalating force is a, strongly worded letter, documenting their issues.
t’s about exposing the Democrats as useless frauds in the 2022 campaign season to erode their support...........they’ll always have Dominion, Mail In Voting and Drop Boxes. So, I’m not sure they need much support from actual voters.
And, beneath it all, Pelosi gives aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.

Laws seem to be concerned with abuse of office.
Also, although Congress exempted itself from unconstitutional Obamacare, lawmakers probably didn't know that Pelosi was also their new medical adviser, evidenced by mask penalty. /semi-sarc

I was thinking along the same lines. pretty much everybody either is or can be labeled hypocrite on one thing or another. Even gentle, go-along types.
There’s that little thing about House and Senate members having an absolute right to take their seats when they’re in session.
Might want to look that one up.
