University Hospitals and the Cleveland Clinic—two of Cleveland, Ohio’s major healthcare systems—announced last week they have reversed their Covid-19 vaccine mandates for employees.
The move comes after a federal court blocked the Biden administration’s vaccine requirement for healthcare workers.
"University Hospitals has been moving to implement the COVID-19 vaccine mandate required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In light of the federal court injunction issued Nov. 30 that temporarily blocks CMS from enforcing the mandate, come Jan. 4, unless there is further legal action, caregivers may continue to provide patient care services regardless of their vaccination status," UH said in a statement.
The Cleveland Clinic also announced it would allow unvaccinated employees to continue working.
"In light of these developments, we are pausing the implementation of our COVID-19 vaccine policy, which required all employees and those who provide services with us to either receive the COVID-19 vaccine or an approved exemption with accommodations,” the Clinic said. “However, to further strengthen our protection of employees and patients, we will put in place additional safety requirements for employees who are unvaccinated, including periodic testing for those providing direct clinical care.”

They pushed it to the edge to get all those that would cave under pressure to take the jab.
Now they back off, they got more jabs and don’t have to fire needed employees.
Maybe, just maybe private employers have figured out that the vaccine makes cannot be sued but those private companies mandating a jab of an experimental drug may be open to unlimited damages caused by a vaccine..
When if ever will these Hospitals put thier Money where thier Mouth is and REFUSE TREATMENT FOR THOSE VACCINATED because they are Safe since they took the “safe and effective” experimental drug??
THE VACCINATED DON’T NEED TREATMENT
Bingo. Even the most Leftist of korporations know that Jao Bai-din isn't going to pay their legal bills.
This is CC’s current, as of this morning, advice to patients:
How long has it been since you received your COVID-19 vaccine? If it’s been more than six months since you received the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines – or more than two months since you received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine – it’s time to schedule your booster.
COVID-19 levels are rising again at alarming levels. We’re even seeing it here at Cleveland Clinic. Because our hospitals are reaching near-full capacity at many Ohio locations, we will not be scheduling non-urgent inpatient surgeries requiring a hospital bed from Dec. 6, 2021, through Jan. 3, 2022 (excluding Euclid and Lutheran hospitals). This will allow us to provide the best possible care for our sickest patients.
We’ve also seen a significant increase in unvaccinated patients who are being hospitalized because of COVID-19. More than 90% of patients with COVID-19 in our hospitals are unvaccinated. The best way to stay protected from COVID-19? Get the vaccine.
Why do I need a booster?
Over time, immune protection from the COVID-19 vaccine begins to fade. A booster dose of a vaccine helps you maintain a high level of immunity from a disease for a longer period of time. This is especially important as new and emerging variants of COVID-19 are discovered.
Will a booster protect me from the new Omicron variant?
Public health agencies across the globe are racing to learn as much as they can about the new COVID-19 variant. What we do know is that a booster dose of the vaccine helps your body increase antibodies again, giving us the best chance of fighting off any variants of COVID-19.
When should I get my booster?
Adults ages 18+ should get a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Exactly when you need yours depends on which vaccine you received:
Pfizer or Moderna two-dose vaccines: Six months after your second dose.
Johnson & Johnson single-dose vaccine: Two months after getting vaccinated.
It’s OK to get a booster dose of a different vaccine brand than what you originally received. For example, if you got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine before, you can now get a Pfizer or Moderna booster dose.
This will create a permanent divide between vaxxed and novaxx.
The vaxxed will blame every little ailment on the novaxx "because they should have gotten vaxxed."
No actual facts will enter into this and the vaxxed will forever claim they are right.
.
Amazing what a labor shortage can do to persuade employers of the right to choose what to put in one’s own body.

Far too many doctors across the USA are in lock step with the CMS and have forgotten their oath to ‘do no harm’.
The Medical Profession has given up their integrity and now are hated more than ‘used car salespeople’.
My wife(worked 12 yrs in healthcare finance) and I have concluded the same thing. Doctors, hospitals and administrators don’t care a flip about their patients anymore, just the federal/state covid $$$ they can rake in regardless of the human cost.
The nurses/lab techs etc... are the only ones with any integrity left in the healthcare and can truly be seen as professionals because they took a stand against the horrible forced jabs. Doctors have forfeited their status of professionals with their ghastly unethical behavior the last two years with covid. They are stepandfetchit tools for their owners: Hospital administrators, boards, CMS and big pharma. When you go into a hospital with covid and they will only provide you with Remdisivir and a vent which is a death sentence RUN! They will murder you if you stay in their care.
OHIO PING!
Please let me know if you want on or off the Ohio Ping list.

They still blame the unvaccinated for any increases. If you believe them around 95% of the covid admissions and deaths are unvaccinated. They are creating a false narrative, and the only reason I can see is for money. It’s most certainly not for patient care.
They don’t care about their patients or employees at the administrative level. All of these large hospitals care about is how to make more money.
