Grow up DOJ. Texas should be allowed to use for expenses.
Republicans are also being sued (by DOJ or otherwise) in order that black-robed Democrat tyrants will smack down the Pubbies’ redistricting plans in Ohio, North Carolina and Alabama with more to come. The number of Democrat plans being thwarted by Republicans currently stands at zero.
In Pennsylvania, where the (Republican) legislature is supposed to have control of redistricting according to the state Constitution, Governor Commie Tommie Wolf is already bypassing them, his “commission” will generate a Democrat gerrymander, and PA Democrat Supreme Court will approve it.
American cities are under siege from hardened criminals, robberies, smash and grab, assaults, murders, rapes, unprecedented in our history......and the fake voting rights issue in Texas keeps this weasel up at night.
I just can’t wait until the return of Jesus. Then we see real justice. Liars and hypocrites and fakes ......big trouble.
Agreed. This is clearly defined and settled law. In other words, this is clearly a state’s rights issue and the federal government has no dog in this hunt, unless they can prove fraud.
