New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) issued an ultimatum to parents Monday, warning them that their children, ages 5-11, will not be able to particulate in “great things” such as dining in indoor restaurants or going to entertainment venues if they do not show proof of vaccination.
The far-left mayor on Monday announced a series of new vaccine mandates for the city, describing the moves as a “preemptive strike” in the face of the winter months, holiday gatherings, and the omicron variant. Currently, New York City has a vaccine passport program in place, which requires certain private businesses to discriminate against unvaccinated individuals by denying their entry into the establishments. That discrimination will now extend to children ages 5-11, beginning December 14.

Just talked to a patient today. She got covid, was suffering. O2 took a bit of a dip, but after treatment with monoclonal antibodies (in which they delivered the treatment to her at home) she rebounded.
So, there are treatments for this. Why are we in such a panic over kids ....we can treat them!!

DeBlasio is gone in 3 weeks. The incoming mayor needs to weigh in - this is as good a time as any to see if Eric Adams is going to be any improvement. If not, NYC is done.
And kids don’t get it anyway, nor do they get it badly in the rare cases in which they do. Just standard tyrant tantrums.

The voters of NYC voted for him and others like him. They deserve the bum.
