Quite a few places are calling them “green pass/passport”. I think they eventually want to use them to track what you buy and give you an environmental score based on your purchases. Either that or climate lockdowns to save the planet, or both.
Not just track and score, but cut you off for the month when you’ve reached your assigned carbon limit.
