The best Indian CEOs don’t care about your nationality. They care about your productivity.

Right now I am managed by an Indian lady. She loves my initiative, my take-ownership attitude, and the results I produce.

No Indian will replace me. In fact, I’m heading towards a promotion to Systems Architect.
