Idaho has an excellent COVID Dashboard.
They may have "excellent COVID Dashboard", but the data in that Dashboard is COMPLETELY suspect!
When Boise county (the liberal county of the state and it is much more populous than Kootenai county) is showing ~800 cases and Kootenai county (a much more conservative county of the state) which is showing ~18,000 cases, then the data reporting processes/procedures are Big-Time fraudulent somehow.
This difference in case numbers against the population of the counties involved is impossible.

Look at the daily, 7-day moving average of Case Incidence Rate "
Cases By County."
Ada County (Boise) 20.1
Canyon County (part of Greater Boise metro) 22.9
Kootenai 27.7
Numbers are reasonably in line. Charts that show this from the Idaho COVID Dashboard below. Note all three counties peaked around 80 in the Sept-Oct wave. Nothing nefarious here...just good data analytics and no ulterior motive I detect.
