Bureaucrats telling 'experienced clinician how to practice'..
A physician and medical researcher who is suing his Virginia hospital for preventing him from treating COVID-19 patients with effective drugs that have become politically charged said his effort is on behalf of physicians across the United States and around the world whose relationship with their patients has been sabotaged.
Dr. Paul Marik, a professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School, said it's "completely outrageous" that the hospital in Norfolk where he serves as ICU director is telling physicians what they can prescribe and not prescribe, violating the doctor-patient relationship and the Hippocratic Oath.
"This is really unprecedented in the world," he said in a podcast interview with Dr. Mobeen Syed. "The doctor at the bedside decides what's best for his or her patient. He takes responsibility or the patient. He understands the patient. He individualizes the patient."
Ultimately, he said, hospital administrators "who have limited or no experience with COVID, are telling an experienced clinician how to practice medicine."
...
we need to bring medicine back to doctors
...
Marik's lawsuit argues Virginia’s Advanced Directive statute gives hospitalized patients the right to choose what treatment they receive as long as a doctor determines it to be appropriate.
The statute does not say "as determined by the hospital," the complaint says, it expressly says "as determined by (their) attending physician."

Hey Doc, you want to use specific drugs then make sure Dr. Fauci gets his cut. Understand?
“whose relationship with their patients has been sabotaged”
As a person dealing with multiple chronic issues, most undiagnosed, I can say that is true across the board! And it makes me so, so angry.
I thought it was bad enough I couldn’t find a doctor who doesn’t promote “alternative” nonsense - now, they are all scared @#$@#$ of a stupid bug to the point of not treating for anything, certainly not in a timely manner.
Thank God for brave men and women like this Doc!!!
He's testified before Congress on COVID.
I'm thrilled that he filed this common-sense lawsuit against the imperial power structure and their utterly ridiculous proscriptions.
I was very disappointed when the Eastern Virginia Medical School took down his protocols. Fortunately, they were moved to FLCCC Alliance and the latest versions can be found there. I suspect that somebody got to EVMS and told them to take down Dr. Marik's work OR ELSE. Maybe it was an amicable, mutual change, but it seems suspicious to me.
Page one is the critical/important page for California residents:
If you have not filled one out and given it to whom in or out of your family, to make these critical decisions, you probably should do it.
We keep copies on the outside of our refrigerator door and a card in our wallet re whom to contact.

I’m 63 years old and unvaxxed. I have pre-diabetes and am borderline obese by the common definition. I was diagnosed with Covid on Thursday, Dec 2. Even before getting the test ready, I immediately started the Zelenko protocol with both HCQ and Ivermectin, along with zinc, azithromycin, and several other ingredients. By Saturday, I had no fever, albeit with Tylenol and Advil, and felt fine with a mild/moderate cough. Today (Sunday) with no Tylenol my fever is just 100.1 and I have no cough. With Tylenol I feel fine. Just a little fatigued. I think I’m gonna enjoy this forced 10-day vacation from work.
Just sayin’.
This practice by bureaucratic protocol has been long in the making and my personal grudge against Big Medicine for a long time.
Admins., politicians, death panels .. should not be able to over rule you and your doctor.
Where did you get the azithromycin and HCQ?
Oregon has Mandated Medical Malpractice.
If not for the corrupt Portland TV news, Kate Brown would not be governor.
Where do you get the Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine?
If bureaucrats are telling licensed physicians what they can or cannot prescribe, or how they can or can’t otherwise provide treatment for their patients, then they should be
held criminally and/or civilly liable if a patient dies.
I visited my FNP (Family Nurse Practioner) this week for a semi annual check up. (Everything is fine.) We got to talking about Ivrmectin in the fight against the China virus. She said, “Our practice was flagged because we were writing so many prescriptions for Ivermectin.” We were running out of time; she had other patients to see. Wish I had the time to ask her who did the flagging. Interesting.
LO VING IT ! ! !
This good doctor’s lawsuit needs to succeed.
It may not, because the doctors who’d be brought in as class action plaintiffs will probably be found to have signed away all of their rights to sue their employers.
Plus there’s the problem of the real party in interest being the damaged patients, their next of kin, or their estates (if dead), and not really the doctors
But the David doctor here should be given MAD PROPS for stepping up to slay the out-of-control Goliath that the hospitals and healthcare systems have become, particularly in the wake of the current DemPanic.
I have had two dealings with Indiamart.com. They sell both. Their price is all inclusive, includes postage, custom fees, etc. Shipping takes about 2 weeks. They will give you a tracking number. Payment is via Paypal or credit/debit card. Very satisfied with their service.
Yep, can’t even think of going to Kaiser. Just checked Wilco for horse/human Ivermectin...nada...not a one.
So right about local news....shot,shot and nothing but the shot.
I tried them but online form said credit card was not valid...couldn’t get around it. Even tried a different card. Maybe I’ll try again.

Hahaha. Also do not forget the 10% for the big guy.
