The Labor Department on Friday will report on the number of jobs created in November in what will be the last reading of this important economic measure in 2021.
By all accounts, it should be a good number with estimates above October’s 531,000 jobs. On Thursday, the department reported that unemployment claims filings were 222,000 last week, while the four-week moving average of 238,750 was at the lowest level since March 2020. A day earlier, private payroll firm ADP’s monthly survey showed 534,000 jobs had been created in November.
UNEXPECTED!
US hiring stumbles in November as economy adds just 210,000 new jobs
Economists expected payrolls to increase by 550,000 in November
Well, this article didn’t take long to age badly.
November jobs number is just 210,000
Maybe we need to double down on Stimulus Checks, Unemployment benefits, Food Stamps, EBT and Vaccine Mandates to make things better??
Just read the headline, never read the report.
Typical FR ignorance. Give all power to Biden, Fauci and Powell and whine whine whine.
If a headline is negative everyone loves it, if a headline is positive everyone says it’s a lie.
That’s the way to do it.
....and import millions more third world invaders and put them on welfare.
What the hell are you talking about?
534,000 jobs in November? Bullshit.
It’s 210,000.

Justify this:
1) The labor force participation rate rose to 61.8%, (more peeps looking for jobs)
yet,
2) unemployment rate dropped about 1/2 point.
while
3) only 210,000 jobs were added.
Figure me that
I am willing to guess that this reporter, Tim Smart, is smarting nicely from this lede!
No one ever seems to remark on the fact that ADP’s estimate is just about always wrong, often wildly so. Why it’s cited is beyond me
I dare them to take a street poll in a Red State City next month, or in January; the opinions won’t be so glowing for Bidet&Co.
If not for TDS the media propaganda believers would be very few indeed.
