Organized shoplifting or robbery is a RICO offense, federal and state, but you never read that.
I can hear the judge, “And if I see any of you guys back in my courtroom again, be assured that the community service sanctions will be raining down on you unmercifully...”
These judges who give stern warnings are a major problem. Either we make examples of these gangs immediately or this will continue to grow.
We don’t need to make examples of the robbers. We need to make examples of the judges.

NOBODY will go to Jail there will be NO Fines, and every one of them will receive Summary Probation for 1 year MAX.
