TORONTO, CANADA AND NEW YORK, NY – December 1, 2021 – Rumble Inc. (“Rumble” or “the Company”), the neutral video platform, and CF Acquisition Corp. VI (Nasdaq: CFVI) (“CFVI”), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, today announced that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement. After closing, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the combined company will be called Rumble Inc. and expects to be publicly listed on Nasdaq. Shares will trade on Nasdaq under the symbol CFVI until the closing of the transaction.
Rumble was built on the belief that all creators should have the opportunity to freely express themselves and reach their followers without censorship or restrictions.
Is this good or bad? I’ve not heard good things about Rumble lately.
Ok I’ll invest in that.
Rumble is great.
Cantor Fitzgerald was a customer of a company I used to work for. From what I heard they were not then a “woke” company. Also, they lost a lot of employees on 911 so their prolly not Islamophiles.

what have you heard that was bad?
This combined with the Trump DWAC news is a god day for alt tech

I was wondering why that name rang a bell..then i read your post
Top Floor south tower (first tower hit)
I don't know if that's true, and if not I'll gladly own up to the misinformation.
but I remember reading somewhere that since it is based out of Canada that the country had some control over its content?

they solved that potential issue....the concern was future laws
they just opened a US office and will likely move global there

As suspicious as I am, I am liking Rumble. My only distrust at first was that they were based in communist Canada, trust issue. Pretty sure they are now moving to Florida. Huge jump in trust for me there. And they really do seem to be neutral. And I checked their 3rd party ware and i looks safe. And they embed in other sites like ours just fine. I like them great so far, we may finally have a winner. :)
Big fan of Rumble. Lots of patriots kicked off Youtube are there. This is my favorite news channel. Screw the MSM.

Yep, that move was a huge plus for me... And they embed in other sites great without additional trackers like Youtube.
A move to FL will foster more trust. Thanks for that info.
Another score for DeSantis!
Is Rumble private or can you invest in it?
Rumble just bought Locals.com from Dave Rubin and is going to combine the tech of the two. Rumble’s going places and will give google’s youtube a run for their money.
Rumble has Bongino. It is a good place to learn something!
