Sounds like the ammo went from her father to Kenney a while back. Nothing to do with her.
Each person that weapon was handled by is responsible to some extent. As armorer, she is number one in line...........
Just speculation on my part, but a lot of folks tend to do a lot of reloads, based on a favorite combination of components. It could be possible that Kenney got some - and the daughter may have got some, too, at some point - and the guy who loaded the rounds may have a bunch on the shelf (& may even still be loading it).
And FWIW, the old advice to "NEVER shoot somebody else's reloads" comes to mind...
