Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan said Wednesday that abortion is “part of the fabric of women’s existence in this country” as she tried to defend the 1973 Roe v. Wade precedent in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Heath Orgnization case.
Kagan took a firm line with Mississippi Solicitor General Scott G. Stewart, who appeared during oral arguments at the Court to defend Mississippi’s controversial 2018 law banning abortion, including in cases of rape and incest, before 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Yeah, so was slavery, what of it?

AUDIO: Justice Thomas: “If we were talking about the second amendment, I know what we’re talking about. Because it’s written, it’s there. What specifically is the right here [to abortion] that we’re talking about?”

Really? Women weren’t born?
Why do you hate women, Justice Kagan?
On the other hand, Justice Thomas asks:
“If we were talking about the second amendment, I know what
we’re talking about. Because it’s written, it’s there. What,
specifically, is the right here [to abortion] that we’re talking
about?”
Very interesting Oral arguments today. And here is the sad fact.
Roberts can make all the noise he wants, but he could care about the law. He is going to make that noise and then cower in the corner and cajole his sock puppet Amy Coney Barrett and his co-coward Brett Kavanaugh to back down and come up with some mush decision that changes nothing.
And that is that.
Kagan: Well, some of the women. Not the aborted ones, to be sure. You know what I mean.
By that measure she should be an ardent supporter of the 2nd amendment. Certainly she’s a companion of murders.
Murder in the womb is part of our nations fabric. Really? Maybe legal murder in recent history. But murder is murder. Any way you slice it.
That sounds as stupid and demeaning as saying that erections are part of the fabric of Men’s existence in this country.
Here’s a line from the wise Latina...
Sotomayor went on to compare the supposed ‘pain’ reactions felt by a 15-week-old fetus to how brain-dead medical patients sometimes respond to stimuli.
Whatever - but is this a proper reading of our Constitution? (It is not)
Here at the EIB Network we love us some Clarence Thomas!
Kagan is a depraved soul. How dare she tie my existence to the horrific murder of babies in the womb.
Not for the unborn women.
Part of the 19th is it?
KILL YOUR BABIES IS WHAT DEMOCRAT WOMEN WANT TO DO ! KILL BABIES ! ITS IT’S ALL THEY THINK ABOUT!!
I'm glad Darwin lost his argument. Hopefully Kagan will lose hers too.
