Kagan: Abortion ‘Part of the Fabric of Women’s Existence in This Country’
Breitbart ^ | 12/01/2021 | Joel B Pollack

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan said Wednesday that abortion is “part of the fabric of women’s existence in this country” as she tried to defend the 1973 Roe v. Wade precedent in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Heath Orgnization case.

Kagan took a firm line with Mississippi Solicitor General Scott G. Stewart, who appeared during oral arguments at the Court to defend Mississippi’s controversial 2018 law banning abortion, including in cases of rape and incest, before 15 weeks of pregnancy.

It’s interesting that they’re shooting their mouths off about “bodily integrity”... just as they do their damnedest to bully every man, woman and child in the country to submit to a so-called vaccine with limited efficacy and a piss-poor side-effect profile.

What about the “fabric” of babies’ existence in this country?

Oh, I forgot. Babies’ lives don’t matter.

Only Congress has the right to legislate new laws.

One person suing for the right to privacy with your doctor is not a place for the courtroom

Roberts can make all the noise he wants, but he could care about the law. He is going to make that noise and then cower in the corner and cajole his sock puppet Amy Coney Barrett and his co-coward Brett Kavanaugh to back down and come up with some mush decision that changes nothing.

Yup... I'm expecting that as well. Sickening.

“part of the fabric of women’s existence in this country”

First degree murder is all it is: means, methods, and opportunities. No matter how you look at it . . . it's all semantics! And humans die.

Lol! When you have no legal argument, you spout hippy dippy feeling phrases.

Meth is part of the fabric of the urban ghetto. Should we legalize it?

Of course you are correct. I was just pointing out that being a ‘fabric’ (meaningless word in this context) or legal doesn’t make an act Constitutional.

It’s a damned shame Kagan’s mother didn’t exercise HER “right” to abortion.

Because she’s been both so she knows.

What a disgrace. These people feel that womanhood is defined by the right to poison, dismember, crush the skull of or birth and vivisect their babies. Rather than defining womanhood, personhood or humanity they are defining sociopathy.

Kagan thinks abortion is “part of the fabric of women’s existence in this country” ... so if overturning Roe rips apart the fabric of a woman’s existence like a D&C abortion rips apart a female fetus, then would overturning Roe be a good thing—because it’s like abortion?

When does the baby receive her rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

That is the point. The Left operates on nothing more substantial than personal opinion, and the sense of being entitled to make it law. That’s how Roe happened. No science, no law, just a bunch of a—holes who said “yeah well we think it’s a good idea.”
