Xiomara Castro, what a name. I guess it fits for a Leftist candidate.

I am sure she has already been kissing up to Xi, and probably has had Chinese financial support for a while now.

The Biden admin has been pretty active there, (and in Guatamala) probably helping the leftists there perfect Democrat vote rigging methods and teaching them the fine art of October Surprises and media defamation campaigns. Biden was a Sandinista stooge years ago when Nicaragua was taken over, and he hasn’t changed sides since.

They believe socialism’s lies. Vote for me and I’ll take somebody else’s money and give it to you. The poor and ignorant fall for it every time, which is why the Democrats want unlimited immigration from 3rd world countries.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken congratulated Castro minutes later.

"The United States congratulates the people of Honduras on their election and Xiomara Castro on her historic victory as Honduras' first female president," Blinken said in a statement. "We look forward to working with the next government of Honduras. We congratulate Hondurans for the high voter turnout, peaceful participation, and active civil society engagement that marked this election, signaling an enduring commitment to the democratic process."
