I’m glad she apologized to him. As of the last I had read about it, she didn’t. She said “I know you’ll never get your life back” and so on, so she left herself open for a suit - or maybe they already settled, you never know. I don’t think she deliberately messed with him. She did get attacked. I think it was an honest mistake, albeit a very tragic one. Kinda looks like the cops didn’t try too hard to find the guy who actually did it.

Oh well if it was an honest mistake then that’s OK. No harm no foul. Except to the poor guy who lost 16 years of his life, and of course the woman who made the “honest mistake” should not suffer any consequences-after all she’s a woman and should not be held responsible kind of like the black whore who conspired with Nifong the frame the Duke lacrosse player.
