I have to say, “what difference does it make?”, because in states that are pro-abortion, abortions will continue even if Roe v. Wade is overturned. It would just get rid of a Federal level right to abortion.
As I understand it.
There will be abortion free and abortion limited states as well as abortuaries like California. We shift our focus state to state. Federal funding of this atrocity ends. Social stigma increases. That’s what difference it makes.
