Threatening the Court?
Will she be denounced in the media? Asked to resign over this violent rhetoric? (yes, I know)
In any event, the Court probably won’t do much - they’ll trim around the edges to make things marginally better in allowing for more restrictions, but that’s about it.
Would have felt a lot more comfortable with this case coming up after another 4 years of Trump judicial nominees on the bench.

Post-17th Amendment ratification Dem senator unsurprisingly ignores that the actual revolution with the Supreme Court was when it wrongly decided Roe v. Wade (Roe) against the states with no constitutionally express right to murder unborn children to reasonably justify such a decision imo.
More specifically, the Court's misguided, politically correct decision in Roe (imo) was made in stark contrast to the rights that the early states famously expressly protected with Bill of Rights for example, those rights based on constitutional Article V consent of supermajority states.
Insights welcome.
The ultimate remedy for unconstitutionally big, alleged election-stealing, Democratic Party-pirated federal and state governments manufacturing crises to oppress everybody under their boots...
Consider that all the states can effectively “secede” from the unconstitutionally big federal government by doing the following.
Patriots need to primary federal and state elected officials who don't send voters email ASAP that clearly promises to do the following.
Federal and state lawmakers need to promise in their emails to introduce resolutions no later than 100 days after start of new legislative sessions that proposes an amendment to the Constitution to the states, the amendment limited to repealing the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
Again, insights welcome.
