Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Tuesday that the emergence of the omicron coronavirus variant demonstrates the need to vaccinate the global population in order to get past the pandemic.
“We know that none of us will be fully safe until everyone is,” Blinken told reporters in Latvia. “And we've been saying that as long as the virus is replicating somewhere, it could be mutating, and if it's mutating, we might wind up with a variant that poses a new threat and that can defeat the existing vaccines or induce greater illness or be more transmissible, all the questions we're looking at right now when it comes to omicron.”

We will never live in a world in which everyone will be safe from every disease; Blinken is laying the ground for permanent tyranny.

Ask him why we aren’t at herd immunity with >60% vax + 15% natural immunity on the “baseline” C19 virus.

The vaccines have extremely poor efficacy against the variants which is obvious from the number of vaccinated individuals who are now becoming infected and spreading Covid every day. The infection rate is actually worse in many of the places with the highest vaccination rates as compared with the places with low vaccination rates. The experimental vaccines are now failing, and have little value.

None of us will be completely safe ... ever ... from everything. Life is a gamble ... a game we all play. It is not the government’s job to put us in a prison to keep us safe from every possibility.
CDC-funded study: COVID shots have no effect on virus transmission

People who are unvaccinated spread the COVID-19 delta variant virtually the same as the vaccinated, according to a study in a federal prison funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. “In this investigation, we found no statistically significant difference in transmission potential between vaccinated persons and persons who were not fully vaccinated,” the researchers said.
“Therefore, our findings indicate that prevention and mitigation measures should be applied without regard to vaccination status for persons in high-risk settings or those with significant exposures.” The study, published on medRxiv, was a joint project of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Yale University and the British Medical Journal.
The researches said their data “add to a growing body of evidence characterizing transmission potential from vaccinated persons.”However, they acknowledged the small proportion of participants in the study who were not fully vaccinated, 17, “and negative findings reported here warrant cautious interpretation.” A total of 78 were fully vaccinated.”To increase the sample size of this group, two partially vaccinated participants were included, potentially diluting the characteristics of unvaccinated participants,” they wrote. “However, our conclusions did not change when analyses were performed excluding these two participants.”
A long-term study in the U.K. published in October found the rate of transmission in households that were fully vaccinated was statistically the same as unvaccinated households.In Israel, a fully vaccinated person was determined to be the source of a clinic outbreak in which 16 health-care workers, 23 patients and two family members were infected. Fourteen fully vaccinated patients became severely ill or died. There were two unvaccinated patients, and they developed only mild disease.
The Centers for Disease Control identifies four of the top five U.S. counties with the highest percentage of the population fully vaccinated (99.9–84.3%) as “high” transmission counties.In Canada, the government’s chief health minister, Theresa Tam, confirmed that people who have been fully vaccinated have viral loads similar to the unvaccinated, meaning they can transmit the virus.
In October, researchers at the University of California, Davis, Genome Center, UC San Francisco and the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub released a study finding no significant difference in viral load between vaccinated and unvaccinated people who tested positive for the delta variant of SARS-CoV-2.The study also found no significant difference between infected people with or without symptoms.

In other words don’t think you are immune just because you had the shot as you can catch it just as easily as well as transmit it. Not only that but each time you get a shot it will depress your immune system making you a potential recipient for what ever comes your way, another reason that places with the highest rate of vaccinations such a Malta, Gibraltar, Ireland etc. have he highest rate of e-infections which keeps this crap going and going, something no one wants to admit. Exactly as predicted by a variety of renowned virologist but ignored by pharmaceuticals as they are hell bent on cashing in on this scheme as well as politicians who see it as a gift from heaven being able to control the public without much objection, at least so far.
The one flaw in your logic, Secretary Blinken, is that both vaccinated AND unvaccinated people are hosting and passing along the COVID virus, so the problem isn't unvaccinated people, it's an ineffective vaccine.
