Reminds me of a story told by Paul Harvey.
This lady had a bumper crop in her vegetable garden and decided to share the bounty with the neighborhood. She set a table out front with a sign reading, "Free Zucchini."
An elderly neighbor happened by and raising his cane shouted, "Free Zucchini nuttin'. I say shoot da bum!"
