They are indoctrinated in stupid K-12, higher ed, they watch and read the stupid through MSM and big tech, and they inhabit a bubble of stupid.
They are stuck in the same dogma that led the educated elites to once believe the world was flat and dismiss any person who questioned it.
I think that if one suffers confusion over something as basic as whether their bunghole is an exit or entrance then they are probably stupid about a lot of other things things.
