The AMA, the National Council of State Boards of Nursing and other leading nursing organizations threaten doctors and nurses who speak out against COVID measures and/or the COVID jab with revocation of their professional licenses..

Doctors don't have to be associated with the AMA. They don't have the authority to disbar doctors.

The AMA is a corrupt union responsible for holding down the number of docs in the US leading to massive shortages of personnel starting in the late ‘60s and still not over with.

That’s why you see Pakistani “docs” all over the country now. I believe the current number is ~25% of docs in US are now foreign born.

We had no need of them. There were and are plenty of US grads who would be great docs but just didn’t get picked in the absurdly tiny US med school admit field.

All we ever had to do was build some new schools and expand the existing ones. The AMA stood in the way the entire time until forced to admit that their phony projections back in the mid 70s led to the shortages that cropped up in the 80s-90s.

Section 8 - Freedom of speech and press; criminal prosecutions for libel

Universal Citation: NY Const art I § 8

Every citizen may freely speak, write and publish his or her sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right; and no law shall be passed to restrain or abridge the liberty of speech or of the press. In all criminal prosecutions or indictments for libels, the truth may be given in evidence to the jury; and if it shall appear to the jury that the matter charged as libelous is true, and was published with good motives and for justifiable ends, the party shall be acquitted; and the jury shall have the right to determine the law and the fact.

https://quackwatch.org/11Ind/mercola/

Many of Mercola’s articles make unsubstantiated claims and clash with those of leading medical and public health organizations. For example, he opposes immunization [11] fluoridation. [12], mammography [13], and the routine administration of vitamin K shots to the newborn [14,15]; claims that amalgam fillings are toxic [16]; and makes many unsubstantiated recommendations for dietary supplements. He has advised against eating many foods that the scientific community regards as healthful, such as bananas, oranges, red potatoes, white potatoes, all milk products, and almost all grains [17]. He has also given silly advice, such as minimizing exposure to electromagnetic fields by avoiding electric razors, microwaving of foods, watches with batteries [18].

Many of the articles he writes encourage readers to buy dietary supplements and other products that can be ordered from his companies...

The Washington Post has reported that by 2010, Mercola’s businesses were generating $3 million a month and that in 2017, he indicated that his net worth was over $100 million

Calling all good doctors! The credibility and efficacy of the healthcare industry is about to be destroyed and ALL doctors will ultimately be responsible for it's demise.

My opinion as a believer in our great doctors is simple and I think many will agree. If you are a good doctor and still believe in the Hippocratic oath, know this. It's not enough for your individual practice to do no harm. It's your obligation and duty to STOP those doctors that are doing harm. If you do not stop them you are just as guilty of violation of your oath as those that are engaging in medical malfeasance. These are different times and the time for professional courtesy is over. You must stop those that are putting their political agenda over all else.
