WHO warns Omicron variant poses ‘very high’ risk of infection worldwide

The new Omicron variant poses a “very high” risk of infection that could have “severe consequences” globally, the World Health Organization warned Monday.

The COVID-19 strain first detected in southern Africa is a “highly divergent variant with a high number of mutations… some of which are concerning and may be associated with immune escape potential and higher transmissibility,” the UN agency said.

“The overall global risk related to the new variant … is assessed as very high,” it said, adding that Omicron “has an unprecedented number of spike mutations, some of which are concerning for their potential impact on the trajectory of the pandemic.”

It’s so mild no one will even notice.

They want us to dance, but the music has stopped.

Researchers Review COVID Database, Make a Huge Discovery When They Exclude Vaccinated People

The researchers, who reported their results last week in the New England Journal of Medicine, examined 353,326 COVID-19 patients in the Arabian Peninsula nation of Qatar who were infected anywhere between Feb. 28, 2020, and April 28, 2021.

The research EXCLUDED about 87,500 people who were vaccinated over the time span of the study.

Out of the rest of the group studied, only 1,304 contracted COVID-19 again, with none requiring intensive care treatment for the disease, formally known as SARS-CoV-2.

“In earlier studies, we assessed the efficacy of previous natural infection as protection against reinfection with SARS-CoV-2 as being 85% or greater,” the researchers, wrote.

“Accordingly, for a person who has already had a primary infection, the risk of having a severe reinfection is only approximately 1 percent of the risk of a previously uninfected person having a severe primary infection.”

We live in a strange world where people who don’t take a medicine for a virus because they already have natural immunity and can’t transmit to other people, are being blamed for not taking a medicine that doesn’t stop those who take it from transmitting the virus to other people. — James Melville (@JamesMelville) November 28, 2021

They are hyping how contagious it is, not mentioning how it’s not more severe. Listen to the language they’re using.

Oh, and no, contrary to somewhat-common scaremongering this variant does not appear to have originated in a bunch of unvaccinated HIV+ people in Botswana. It appears, according to the authorities there, it appeared in travelers, which means it originated in vaccinated people since virtually every nation requires a vaccine to get on an international air flight. Indeed the authorities confirm that the infected persons who had this variant detected were all fully vaccinated.

In other words exactly the immune evasion I and a few others expected to happen a year ago, and which I flagged as “in process” a few months ago based on some preliminary data from certain sub-sets of Delta infections, on the evidence available today now have have in fact happened and if it did it was CAUSED by the jabs.

Yup, you are spot on.

Their trick is to tell part of the story.

Lethality, Severity of Symptoms, Transmissibility.

They pick the one that advances the agenda and ignore the rest.

The Moronic Variant is more transmissible!!! (but ignore that it likely isn’t as lethal and the symptoms are milder). Shhhh, fear porn set to maximum.

Is there any other reason they wouldn’t want the general population to just get natural immunity (like every other cold and flu) besides the all-mighty pimping of “vaccines” and test kits?

Fine, there's a high risk of infection. What is the risk of death?

If it is no greater than the common flu, then we don't need to worry any more than we worry about the common flu.

Immunocompromised need to take precautions, and the rest of us live our lives normally.

“... a ‘very high’ risk of infection...”

Blah, blah, blah. Their lips are moving, and the language is apparently English, but nobody can make sense of what the word salad even means.

COVID-19 Wuhan virus was never that big a threat in and of itself, to deserve the attention it has gotten. The enormity of the threat it posed lay not with the virus itself, but in the response to the human agencies which are supposed to be the authorities on how to handle this sort of crisis. Isolation and lockdown, as it turned out, did not work, yet these strategies were tried again and again, even when the efficacy was demonstrated to be virtually zero when it came to stopping the spread of the virus. The example of Sweden is held up to be the standard by which this plan of action may be judged. Treatment of the disease, once diagnosed, proved to be much more effective, and the first application of the treatments with ivermectin and the hydroxychloroquine-zinc-azithromycin protocol, when begun with the first indication of symptoms, was found to stop the course of the disease dead in its tracks. Later on, the reclamation of monoclonal antibodies that were specific to the COVID-19 Wuhan coronavirus were used with highly successful results in curbing and ending the disease. All these treatments result in the development of personal natural immunity. And it appears to be rather long-lasting, unlike the temporary immunity that seems to be provided with the mRNA injections, which fades after only a few months, and is not effective against the variants that have cropped up over time.

Perhaps this omicron variant is the analog of cowpox, and how it provided immunity against the much more deadly smallpox. Which has been virtually eliminated from the world, by the way.

Yah, like all variants generated by those who catch the original and then don’t kill the virus this one will be mild. Quite contagious, but who gives a damn if all it does is make you sneeze?

Subsequent generations/mutations are milder — otherwise they would have killed the (vaxxed) host wherein they developed.

“It’s so mild no one will even notice.”

But… but…. I’ve read that it’s even MORE DEADLY than the previous strains..(which a normal person has a 99+% chance of recovering from..)

Why… you might get SORE MUSCLES!!! Or.. even… TIREDNESS!!!

How can you be SOOOOO flippant?!?!? lol!!
