Well, now we see Biden restricting travel from black African nations.

Isn't this what the medico's warned about March 2020? Vaccinating during a pandemic ends up with the virus mutating to evade the vax and causes more shots which then stiffens the viral reaction to the shot even more. Isn't that what they're causing with the now boosters? Brought out the booster and the virus responded with an easier spreading and more resistant to these shots.

Viruses mutate constantly. Because they do, some variants end up not being affected by an antiviral agent that is too specific.
That means that the original virus ends up dead while it’s mutated offspring are now free to flourish in the host which is part of its lifecycle.
The logic is inexorable, but nothing is happening due to any intentional shape shifting. It’s just an outcome.
The entire point is to have people living in fear so that dictators can have their way with us.
