It’s ironic that the high vax, high Covid, hi ADE nations like the US, EU, Canada etc. are telling people not to come in. It should be Africa telling us to stay the hell out.
It’s very scary these days being around so many vaccinated people knowing their risk of being Covid positive spreaders is very high. Luckily, like most Africans, natural immunity, a robust immune system untainted by mRNA clotshots, and therapeutics like HCQ,Zinc, and Ivermectin will keep most unvaccinated people far from trouble.
With no immune system it does not take a “serious” disease to kill people.

Note the timing of this “announcement”:
Biden releases 50 million barrels of oil. Oil tanks 10 bucks/barrel today.
Biden admin (and whackos like Dem Senators and House of Reps.) say companies are gouging.
….and now the release of this announcement…
and now Biden can claim victory over inflation.
And #3: it was ~3-4 months go there were news reports vetting the South Africa “variant”…..but it didn’t go over big because the delta variant was “running amok”.
So they are trying the ol’ So. Adrican variant AGAIN.

Once again, it is the actions of the authorities themselves that give rise to “conspiracy theories.” From our officials, we see travel bans and threats of calamity; from South Africa, they say, “This doesn’t seem like a big deal.” Who to believe?
I can hardly wait until the first Omicron cases are found in the US to the barely disguised glee of the elites. It will be fun watching their slowly developing dejected demeanors as they watch, in great disappointment, as Delta puts it in its place as, at best, an “also ran”.
The Greek letter Xi seems too much like a Chinese name. Can’t use it for a virus.
This got Brandon and the economy off the front page for a day, though. Too bad it hit 401(k)’s. Many liberals have those, too.

funny how Africans - more than 90% of whom don’t even have vaccines available - will be banned from air travel for, potentially, years(?) to come.

Viruses mutate down. The reason people, vaccinated people, are getting sick is because of Antibody Deficiit Enhancement Syndrome. Their immune systems are severely compromised. And, the boosters just exacerbate the problem.
it might be “transmissible”, but it might not cause noticeable illness. Supposedly, this is the general cycle of all virii types.
There never was any magic cure or vaccine for the so-called Spanish flu. It just “went away” and became plain old flu again.
