So do the white kids start wearing their pants below the butt and knocking out old folks, or will the black kids study, learn, and show some respect for the teachers? I’m thinking this foolish notion of “equity” only works in one direction. Why allow this?

After that, the lighter skinned blacks will continue to discriminate against the darker ones. Once the Christians and Jews are eliminated, the Muslims will fight it out to see which sect is the most muslim. There will never be equity among people, and to think there will be is stupid. To insist there will be is evil. There do, however, seem to be people who are willing to get along, and those who refuse. It’s pretty easy to figure out which group is which

This is a very key phrase. Notice they are not saying "bring UP marginalized students".
The easiest way to accomplish "reducing the educational gap" is by crippling the education of white students so they are just as bad as the worst.
Dumb everyone down enough to vote democrat.
Bill Ayers will likely have a few thoughts on this matter and since we are really in Obama's third term, he and other terrorists will have much to do with our future.
