I hope that this won’t cause the feds to go after Rittenhouse and/or Black for a straw purchase.
It’s a stretch to consider it a straw purchase (It isn’t, but it can be made to sound like one), and the State has already gone after Black.

I know it’s a stretch, but we’re talking about the feds here. Their stretching the truth to and past the point of outright lying is not unheard of. If the State (of Wisconsin, I assume) has decided to charge Black in this matter, I still wouldn’t be surprised to see the feds charge Rittenhouse.
