Ordinarily, they would not, because no "substantial transfer" took place. But, what is ordinary might not apply here, because we have seen the government make up stuff when they want to go after someone.
It's already been addressed. It's not a straw man purchase because Black maintained possession of the rifle and kept it at his house........
This is raw insanity. Let them off for what reason? No blacks were involved. Let them off to riot? My God, this has all got to stop no matter what it takes.
Whoever suggested this needs experimental brain surgery. If the cells that caused this idea are removed, can this sub human have the remaining brain cells be trained to avoid such foolish ideas?

I believe the reason the press fabricated so many lies was they thought enough social pressure had been brought to bear on the jurors, that when found guilty, the matter would be dropped. Not guilty? It isn’t over.
If Kyle had the rifle at the riot, then clearly Black was not in possession of it at Black’s house, no? I wouldn’t be surprised if the feds argue that Kyle’s possession of the rifle was a “substantial transfer” regardless of whether the loan of the gun was meant to be temporary. As marktwain points out, the feds can just make stuff up when they want to persecute someone.

Since Kyle was found innocent of all charges, it could very well affect what's going to happen with Black....

I thought you posted that you were glad Larry Elder was black, but he can't be black.
I donated to his campaign for Kalifornokator gubbernor because the BLM told me he was the leader of a White Supremacist Group called the KKK.
