Real Americans Not Being Fooled Anymore
Epoch Times ^ | 23 Nov 2021 | Michael Walsh

Have you finally had enough yet? Do you sense the worm beginning to turn? Has the constellation of abnormalities that currently afflicts the real-American body politic at last gotten your attention? Isn’t it time for all of us to stand up for the nation-as-founded and reject those who would destroy it in order to usher in their cultural-Marxist paradise?

Consider the events of the past few days.

Rittenhouse

In Kenosha, Wisconsin, teenager Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty on multiple charges stemming from his shooting of three Antifa rioters, killing two of them. Despite the media’s best attempts to portray his rabid assailants as “victims”—a victim being the highest possible moral plane of human existence—real Americans at least tacitly approve of his actions.

His life was demonstrably in danger, he had retreated as far as he could, and at least one of the rioters tried to disarm him when he opened fire, and another pointed a loaded pistol at his head. What would you do?

And for how much longer are real Americans going to stand by as COVID-masked gangs empty out everything from the corner drug store to Louis Vuitton and Nordstrom? The Democrats’ goal of decriminalizing underclass violent crime is now reaching its apogee, and even the least political among us have begun to notice.

Well, the Democrats have been begging for a major reduction in force at least since 1860. The question is, who should lead the Republicans?

Former president Trump has all but declared he’s running again—but three years is an infinity in politics, and Trump can only play coy for so long. As memory of him fades, and the nation’s hunger for leadership increases, all eyes will be on DeSantis and his re-election campaign next year. A decisive win will cement the current shadow president of the U.S. front-runner status as Americans look to the future.

All the GOP has to do is nominate someone of relative youth and vigor, who’s not afraid of entrenched Washington, who treats the media with the contempt they so richly deserve, and who’s proven himself in an executive capacity.

Someone, in other words, exactly like DeSantis, who can also tap a plausible vice-presidential candidate with D.C. experience. Someone with military experience as well, and someone who’s already publicly eviscerated Harris on the national stage. A mixed-race woman who checks all the intersectional boxes. Someone exactly like Tulsi Gabbard.

And before you say that it can never happen, because Gabbard’s a Democrat—so was Donald Trump.

Before I believe that Americans are not being fooled anymore, Assistant Democrats have to be removed from office.

The people of SC were fooled into re-electing Flimsey Grahamnesty last year.

Next year Amnesty Senators Hoeven and Rubio are up for re-election.
So are some of the Assistant Democrats that voted for the Trojan Horse infrastructure bill.
Grassley and Crapo along with Amnesty Senator Hoeven.

Ronald Reagan was once a Democrat also.

She’s among the best that today’s Democrat party has to offer, but that isn’t saying much.

She is far left on the vast majority of issues and would appoint liberal judges.

Non-starter for me.

Another thing about the Kyle “crossing state lines” drumbeat:

-why NEVER any complaints about the MYRIAD scum filing into all those riotous cities from all over?

Indeed, I would not fully trust her. Certainly not as a “Republican” unless she showed a whole lot of turn-coating on Dems.

But, she does do good on certain issues. She showed so even the other night on “Gutfeld!”

Gabbard is majorly anti-gun. She doesn’t need to be anywhere near the whitehouse.

Can’t totally blame voters for their reps.

We cannot simply plug in the value/name we want. People have to volunteer to be a candidate. We’re stuck with that basically.

Before you say primaries, consider how hard it is to get the word out. Especially against known incumbents. I know, people shouldn’t be so stupid as to vote for the name they see plastered all over lawns - but it’s hard to get the word out effectively. And many will vote the “known” candidate because they fear they’ll lose otherwise.

Our system is very poor for having lots of choices at election time. The Party system made sure of that.

Doesn’t really matter what the ‘voters’ think…the msm and rat election commissions stuff the ballot boxes with fraudulent votes…until the election is fair and has integrity nothing matters…

No, fraud can’t win if the candidate is truly overwhelmingly popular. They couldn’t generate enough fraud against an adulated candidate and still hide it. Not really popular - easy.

Balderdash. Of course real Americans are still being fooled. It’s evident every time they show up to vote for one of a couple of carefully screened candidates who will do nothing much. The left understands this. This is why organizations like antifa exist.

If DeSantis runs, and he picks a female running mate, he will need to pick someone that reassures the center. Gabbard is a Democrat, and she is a Democrat that has taken enormous risks to warn her party about the Californication and CCPing of the country. She is a wild card, and I don’t think you want two wild cards, plus the temptation for her to use her access to destroy the GOP would be overwhelming, plus she is seriously lacking in experience.

What about Nikki Haley? She’s a bit too close geographically, but after the past few years the country is in the mood for competent politicians not given to Jekyll-Hyde turns in public policy.

Trump could also steal the board out from under all of them again, but if he does, he needs to leave the single-minded obsessions alone.

As far as Harris goes, you could go one of two ways, either a competent normal person, or if you wanted to have some fun, any competent normal person who is hotter and younger, which I’m guessing would completely unhinge former president Barack Obama and pretty much everyone in his orbit. I have absolutely NO idea of why Harris was anyone (but Mr. Harris’s) it girl, but for whatever reason, in 2021, here we are.

The frequent pattern for Republicans has been to team up a conservative President with a moderate VP or vice versa. So you had Trump and Pence, McCain and Palin, Dole and Kemp, the older Bush and Quayle, Reagan and the older Bush, Nixon and Agnew. At this hour in American history, and after the sabotage of Trump by moderate Republicans and the permanent bureaucracy, a new approach is needed. No problem with regional or ethnic diversity, but both nominees must be solid conservatives with no history of caving in. Nikki Haley or Kristi Noem are not acceptable for their succumbing to leftist or business pressure. Other than being attractive, just what does a one term Democratic representative who was a Sanders supporter bring?

Trump/DeSantis would be my preference. If Trump decides not to run. DeSantis/Rand Paul would work.

Most of Americans are not fooled nor have been. The dems have perfected their stealing of elections to the point where we don’t have much chance of getting them out.

Nikki Haley is a Bush League Republican.

I will never vote for another one. Period.

Assistant Democrats camouflage in R jerseys are the bigger problem.

We cannot adequately go on offense when more than half of “our” team is playing for the other side.
