Yes, it is mine, but how is this a kangaroo court? Has the judge not used the rule of law? Has he overstepped his powers? Thanks.
Definition of kangaroo court

2: a court characterized by irresponsible, unauthorized, or irregular status or procedures
“Did they cross state lines?”
Hell, they’re from Ethiopia!
EXATCLY

This case isn’t about BLM or Antifa. I hate both but this case sucks. If the defendants get off, it will be on a technical interpretation of a bad law that has since been repealed.
Exactly, They had no dog in the fight and they had no right to hold him at gunpoint.
“If police can do it then so should common folks.”
If some “common folks” come up threatening to kill me on the streets, I’ll feel justified trying to shoot those bastards first!

These yahoos had no business doing what they did. I don't know how anyone here could possibly defend them.
Looks like a lynch mob to me.
Amazing how all the ‘experts” in this thread know for certain what went on and what didn’t and are proclaiming guilt and innocence. All you experts have is media hype with mixed facts and an agenda. That means nothing as we have seen repeatedly in the past, most recently with the Rittenhouse case. The only real (or closest to real) facts about what happened will be brought out in the trial. Prior to that, it is all babble — on both sides.
Right...barracks lawyers they were called
