I think this happens in about 90% of divorce cases. There is no greater motive to slander a man than for additional child support and alimony.

If the judge thought there was anything to the claim charges would have been filed.

It happens so often that some cities with mandatory filing for DV have a standard offer on the table to enroll in anger management classes in exchange for an agreement not to file. Woman gets what she wants (everything except your freedom) and you get your freedom.

Not a horrible deal, and good for the cities where that is offered.

Ask me how I know that.

I’ll tell you this - the city prosecutor came out and told my wife she didn’t have sh!t. Nothing. But since CPS went and found ‘likely’, she had enough to rape me and she should be happy with it.

The way he sold it to her: “After all, you want him out there working like a slave for you, right?”
