Will try. It depends on the chaos in Dementiaville.
Sorry but Kyle had every right to go. First of all his dad lives in Kenosha. Second he works in Kenosha. Third he did not bring the gun over the state line. His friend who lives in Kenosha keeps it for him
Sure he had a right. Did I say he didn't? I'm not saying he did anything illegal. I just don't think it is wise to go out on the streets during a violent riot. Would you have gone? I wouldn't have.
To me, that is entirely dependent upon who else is in the toilet and who on the outside I can have watch the AR.
Liberals are easy to spot they try to talk over you.

Just ask any FReeper.
By stating one opinion - half the replies will flame away at us as being a leftard liberal. “What’s wrong with you?!”
And the other half will approve and applaud us as being a right thinking solid conservative.
It’s the nature of the beast. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
Hell, sometimes I don’t even agree with the comments I make.
“The view and opinions expressed in this reply do not necessarily coincide with that of the author.”
I like these points. Especially the first point.
First, the conservative believes that there exists an enduring moral order. That order is made for man, and man is made for it: human nature is a constant, and moral truths are permanent.
That statement is a little vague, but this is true: One cannot be a conservative unless one has a deep moral faith in God.
I have no idea what a “conservative talking point” is. I have beliefs and principles.
Answer: a conservative believes in tradition as its the accumulated wisdom over centuries. Not always and in every case, as evil sometimes accumulates as well, but a conservative presumes tradition is there for a reason before seeking to destroy it.
Answer. a conservative believes in liberty, but also believes in life because without life, liberty is irrelevant.
Answer: a conservative is extremely skeptical of government “solutions” to problems as more often than not government is a poor tool and difficult to reverse.
Do you become an open Conservative when you reject everything written by this drooling moron Michael Brown, who flanked his literature classes since kindergarten? Why are you subjecting us, poor FR readers to his verbal diarrhea so frequently?
The author strikes me as a wuss. He doth protest too much. If his ideas are worth a darn, they’ll stand the test of time. If not, they won’t. As for ad hominem attacks, I do have a bit of experience on that, as the site handle might hint at. The secret (shhhh!): be the one left standing. Be honest, be polite, and remember that Christ’s admonition to “turn the other cheek” was not some sort of passive wimpiness. It was great advice: its not about the participants, its about those watching.
But, what if it has a server in it?
“Do You Become a ‘Closet Liberal’ the Moment You Question a Single Conservative Talking Point?”
“Only on FR...”
Naaah. This place is pretty tolerant. I’ve never been banned, but have bowed out several times. Having a thick skin is helpful. Various points I’ve made over the years include that the GOP sucks as does the democrats, we have a uniparty system of governance, and partisan politics is an utter waste of time and resources. Over time I’ve gotten to watch something of a consensus emerge on a couple of those points.
Highlight the area after “Only on FR...” in post #59...
In retrospect, I bet Kyle wished had had not either when the prospect of years of hard time in prison was hanging over his head.
***You’re a bit selective in your retrospection. Kyle no longer faces years of hard time in prison so would you bet that same thing now?
Yeah, that’s a fitting update to the Vinnie Barbarino character from Welcome Back Kotter.
Yup. Guy’s a fag.
My take an this ridiculous Kyle shouldn’t have went there is simple, it is a take only wimps have. And for you, that means your just another wimpy Republican who is to cowardly to act in these kinds of situations.
***Some pretty atrocious grammar & spelling there, even though I think I agree with you. Here’s what I think you were trying to say:
My take on this ridiculous claim that Kyle shouldn’t have gone there is simple: It is a take which only wimps have. And for you, that means you’re just another wimpy Republican who is too cowardly to act in these kinds of situations.
Why say “sorry but”?
Kyle had every right to go. EVERY right. <-—Notice the PERIOD.
I said “when it was hanging over his head”. The “bet” was off once he no longer faced that prospect. But if Garland devises a way to put him in prison, the thought might cross Kyle’s mind. Or not.
