Sorry, I have to disagree. Either Selective Service needs to be abolished for all, or all must be required to sign up. Period.

Nobody can say this with certainty. A draft is most likely not needed in the United States for a minor war, but it will be necessary for a great war, like it was during the American civil war and the two world wars. Unless human history is incorrect, there will be a great war sometime this century.
