Attorneys representing Gaige Grosskreutz and the Estate of Joseph Rosenbaum spoke out on Friday.
After Kyle Rittenhouse was fully acquitted on five charges, they said their clients acted "heroically."
"They did not seek violence, but to end violence," the attorneys said in a statement sent to Insider.

On Friday, a jury fully acquitted Rittenhouse on five counts, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, first-degree attempted intentional homicide, and two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment.
Rittenhouse was charged with fatally shooting two men, Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, and charged with injuring Gaige Grosskreutz on August 25, 2020.
"Today we grieve for the families of those slain by Kyle Rittenhouse," Kimberley Motley and Milo Schwab, attorneys for Gaige Grosskreutz and the estate of Joseph Rosenbaum, told Insider in a statement. "Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum did not deserve to die that night. For now, we ask for peace from everyone hurting and that the public respect the privacy of the victims and their families."

They wanted to catch him before he could get to the safety of the police line.

Not only on the street, but to Kenosha. There’s a big deal about Kyle coming to Kenosha that night, the town he works and has immediate family, but why were his attackers that at night? What peaceful protesting is done at night?
The two men had no idea if Rittenhouse had committed violence.
They assumed that he did and attacked Rittenhouse.
That's called vigilantism.
If she was not on the street it will be interesting to hear what type of fine, upstanding person he was.

Turns out Rosenbaum had been held in a psych ward due to his attempting suicide after “body-slamming” his female acquaintance.

Gaige Grosskreutz, a self-proclaimed medic obviously skilled in CPR, must answer the question of why he allowed the prosecution to choke for three weeks.
The unanimous part of that jury is lost on them.
Only the left would put a p3d0ph1l3 on a pedestal. A normal person would use it to beat them.
If they had just slowly followed Kyle from a distance to make sure he didn’t get away, stopped the firetruck, and reported him to the police, they would still be alive and Kyle probably would not have been charged. They wanted to kill him without a trial. They are the actual vigilantes in the case.
The truth of the night was fully available on video almost immediately after the event ~15 months ago. The verdict in the trial was the result of that video being presented to the jury. These lawyers are representing street scum who got their just desserts, plain and simple, and the videos show that clearly.
