Good morning, lightman, and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
And a blessed Christ the King Sunday (Western)/Great Feast of the Entrance of the Theotokos into the Temple (Orthodox) to all!
Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))
It looks like Gizmo had a grand time dragging you around the lake yesterday. LOL I hope the cold front waits until after today’s run before moving through. This one’s supposed to be colder than the last one.
ME-time!! Good for you.
Good morning, Repeal, and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Eternal Father...thanks.
Just passing by, as I saw your post, before hitting the sack tonight. Burning the midnight oil again as is so often my custom. Just checked weather for Thanksgiving week and we’ll be good here in Western Pa.
Anymore I’m like a Alaskan bear getting ready to hunker down for the winter. Stocked shelves and warm heat I’m all set for the hibernation season.
One of the things I love now (retired) is waking up early morning when temps have dropped, pulling the warm covers up and that wonderful feeling of going back to sleep for as long as I like! LOLOL
So with that I’ll say good night....tsk
VEGGING!!!

Love it!! Maybe next year for me. Working our way back above zero for this coming week. Thankfully I now work from home...I can look outside at the beautiful snow/cold, and just look. No going out.
Good afternoon, E...((HUGS))...and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Such a happy Gizmo, going all over the place and taking in all the good sights and smells.
How did your OK teams do yesterday?
Hope you guys had a fun adventure today.
Well I took early retirement and never once regretted it. My son said he’s never known anyone who enjoys retirement as much as I do. Frankly it’s all about having complete control of what, when and how I do my life. It’s wonderful!
Good you can work from home for sure....and only have to “look” at the snow there. We haven’t had any snow yet this year but of course in due time that will change.
Have a good evening.

Awesome! That’s the way to spend a weekend!
My husband did he same, at 59 years old. He has enjoyed every day of it and has never looked back. He had begun to hate his job and knew it was time.
It took me longer, but now that I’ve done it, I LOVE not having bosses or schedules! I sleep late and stay up late. Perfect for this nightowl.
Both teams won yesterday. We have OU vs. OSU this Saturday. It’s Bedlam Week here in Oklahoma. :-D
It’s recognizing you no longer have schedules and bosses determining your days. True freedom. You get to decide it all....and even not decide. LOL
I love it...and it gets better the longer you’re at it. Some adjust sooner than others for sure....but on the whole once it settles in you’re really on your own it’s wonderful!
