No Knock Warrants served by breaking down doors and lobbing flash bang grenades are nothing more than armed home invasions under color of law.
Try that on me and they will get the same damn thing.
If you’re sound asleep when they say “police”, which wakes you up out of REM sleep, completely disoriented, as you try to understand what was that you heard, flash bangs and gunfire erupts....yeah...his was a completely normal reaction. Unless someone is in imminent danger, these types of raids should never happen and too often result in unintended consequences
For the sheer horror of the event, the gun charges should’ve been dropped too.
Yeah, he’s in violation...the sheriff violated him and especially his gf, yet they get a pass? This isn’t justice.
